The Firefighters of the LFD are your neighbors and we would like to introduce you to them. Each week we will highlight a member of the Lancaster Fire Department. This week is Chief Mark Stonebraker. He became Chief in April 2020, after spending 6 years as Assistant Chief. When asked what is favorite thing is about being a fireman for the Lancaster Fire Department, he said all of the great friends he has made throughout his career. Chief Stonebraker has held the position of Captain, Vice President of the CHC, and Explorer Advisor during his 39 years of service and was awarded the Fireman of the Year award.
